I have rented an one-bedroom flat through the Maclay Property in the Dumbarton Road and I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay over there. We are absolutely delighted with the service provided by McLay property sales and lettings especially Alison‘s help initially when setting a rental up. During this time I have been impressed with their prompt and friendly communication via email and phone, as well as their willingness to find solutions to any issues that have cropped up. I have been entirely satisfied with Maclay Property in every way from day one, they are fast to respond and understanding of any issues you may have as a tenant. I had previously let my property on my own without an agency and found it time consuming and problematic. I had been reluctant to go with an agency because of various stories I'd heard about how some may treat residents unfairly. I have been beyond pleased with Maclay property sales and letting. I had originally approached them to sell the property but on a whim I invited them to provide me with details to act as the letting agent. They have taken all of the pressure away from letting and I gather that the tenants are also very pleased with how they are being treated with their respects and needs being taken into account.
