We know moving home can be stressful — but we’re here to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Securing Your New Home

Once you’ve chosen a property, we’ll ask you to pay part of the deposit to reserve it. The remaining balance will be due when your tenancy begins.

Referencing Made Easy

All tenants are reference-checked through our trusted partner, Goodlord. Their secure, straightforward online system handles everything quickly — no paperwork, no printing, and no hassle.

Safe, Compliant Properties

All of our managed homes meet current safety and legal standards, so you can move in with confidence, knowing everything is in place and up to date.

Moving In

When you collect your keys, you’ll be given a detailed inventory of the property. You’ll have 7 days to review it and can easily add comments or upload photos if needed.

We’ll also make sure the property is clean and ready for you. At the end of your tenancy, we just ask that it’s left in the same condition.

Utilities and Council Tax

We’ll take care of notifying the utility providers and local council of your move-in. This is done through our partner company, Muuvo, who contact you to confirm supplier details and help set up your accounts. They also offer optional services like broadband, TV packages, and insurance with exclusive tenant deals — but there’s no obligation to use them. It’s all designed to make things easier for you.

Maintenance and Repairs

If you need to report a repair during your tenancy, just give us a call or send an email — we’ll get things sorted as quickly as we can.
